Terms of Service
The terms that govern our website and services.
Last updated:
1. Acceptance and operator
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CollegeInbound website and services provided by Revion Solutions, Inc. (Revion Solutions Incorporated, “Revion,” “we,” or “us”). CollegeInbound is a Revion business, not a separate contracting entity. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an institution or other organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
A signed service agreement, order, statement of work, or data-processing agreement may set additional terms for your institution. If it conflicts with these website terms, that agreement controls for the services and subject matter it covers.
2. Our services and GuardGrid
CollegeInbound provides website design, content management, managed hosting, implementation, support, and related higher-education web services. Offerings may also include SEO, accessibility remediation, digital quality, web governance, and managed services. Your agreement and selected plan determine which services, features, and deliverables are included.
CollegeInbound may provide access to GuardGrid, a web governance and digital-quality platform operated by Revion Solutions Incorporated. GuardGrid capabilities may include accessibility and WCAG analysis, SEO and search analysis, content quality, privacy- and security-related website checks, connected Google Search Console and Google Analytics reporting, traffic and search insights, reporting and evidence, and GuardGrid Intelligence. Availability depends on the plan and configuration.
GuardGrid-specific terms presented with the product or incorporated into your order also apply to its use. Our Privacy Policy explains the CollegeInbound relationship, and the GuardGrid Privacy Policy explains GuardGrid's handling of application and connected-service information.
3. Plans and billing
Fees, billing periods, subscriptions, renewals, and included work are set out in your service agreement or order. CollegeInbound hosted website plans are generally billed annually based on the institution's full-time-equivalent student count, with one-time design and content-transfer fees where applicable. GuardGrid and other services may have different pricing and billing arrangements. Published plan descriptions do not add services to an existing agreement unless agreed.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate account and contact information, protect access credentials, and ensure that people using your account are authorized. You remain responsible for your website content, the rights to use and publish it, and compliance with laws applicable to your institution.
You must have authority over websites and properties you submit for analysis or management and over third-party accounts you connect. Do not submit information or authorize access beyond your rights. Use the services lawfully and professionally, and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or misuse scans or reports against other parties.
5. Analysis, reports, and compliance
Automated scans and other analyses help identify issues, prioritize work, and document findings. Results depend on the pages and information available, the checks performed, and the time of analysis. They may be incomplete or contain errors and require human review. Changes to websites can change results.
Accessibility scans, scores, reports, evidence, and GuardGrid Intelligence outputs do not constitute legal advice, legal certification, or a guarantee of compliance with the ADA, WCAG, privacy law, security requirements, or any other standard. Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility barrier or security issue. Customers remain responsible for reviewing findings, their website content, remediation decisions, and obtaining appropriate professional advice.
6. Third-party services and connected accounts
Some features use external services, including Google and other providers. Their own terms, privacy policies, and authorization requirements apply. You are responsible for having permission to connect accounts and selecting the appropriate properties and access permissions.
Third-party outages, API changes, access restrictions, or revoked authorization may affect related features or reports. Disconnecting a service may disable its reporting or other connected functionality. These dependencies do not change commitments expressly made in your service agreement.
7. Intellectual property and customer content
The CollegeInbound and GuardGrid platforms, including proprietary software, design systems, and tools, remain the intellectual property of Revion or their respective licensors. Content created or supplied by clients remains the property of the respective institution or rights holder. You authorize us to process and use submitted content as needed to perform the agreed services; additional ownership and license terms may appear in your agreement.
8. Service levels and support
For CollegeInbound hosted website plans, our published service commitment is 99.9% uptime, advance notice of scheduled maintenance, and 24/7/365 support. The applicable service agreement sets the measurement, scope, and any remedies. These hosted website commitments do not automatically extend to every GuardGrid feature, third-party integration, or separately purchased service.
9. Termination and export
Unless your service agreement specifies otherwise, either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a full export of your customer content and data covered by that agreement. Coordinate the timing and format with support; connected third-party data remains subject to the provider's access and export rules. Applicable retention duties and data-processing terms continue to govern information retained after termination.
10. Privacy, updates, and contact
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about data handling and website cookies. We may update these terms and will post the revised date and provide any notice required by law or your agreement. Changes to signed customer agreements follow those agreements' amendment provisions.
