This policy covers collegeinbound.com, operated by Revion Solutions, Inc. (Revion Solutions Incorporated). Cookies are small records stored by your browser. Local storage also saves information on your device but usually has no automatic expiry. Our Privacy Policy explains the related handling of personal information.

CollegeInbound's cookie controls apply to this website. GuardGrid's application and other websites have their own notices and controls; this is not a list of GuardGrid application cookies.

1. Your choices and the limits of these controls

On your first visit, the banner offers Accept All, Reject All, and Customize. Essential features stay active; Analytics and Marketing start off. CollegeInbound's Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel tags load only after you allow their respective categories. The preference center has no separate Functional category.

Open Cookie settings to review or change your preferences. The same control appears in the footer on every page. Your choice is remembered for 180 days. An expired choice or a change to the consent-version record causes the banner to ask again.

When you turn off a category, the site saves that choice and attempts to delete the related first-party cookies and Meta local-storage keys listed below. Scripts already running in the open page are not unloaded by the current controls. Reload the page after saving a withdrawal so that the disabled tags no longer load. We cannot clear cookies on another provider's domain; browser settings can remove those cookies and other stored data.

Some embedded features load independently of these categories: Revion chat, Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile on the free-scan page, and Calendly on the booking page. In particular, the Calendly frame can load its own analytics and marketing services even if you reject this website's optional categories. The details below explain this exception. Our current controls do not automatically apply Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.

2. Essential storage and security services

CollegeInbound: ci_consent

Remembers the consent version, date, and allowed categories on collegeinbound.com for 180 days. It is set when you save, accept, or reject a choice and is used independently of optional categories.

Revion live chat: local storage

The chat widget loads on every page. When used, it can store revion-livechat:session:collegeinbound, revion-livechat:active:collegeinbound, and revion-livechat:visitor to keep a conversation together, record whether it is active, and recognize a returning browser. These are local-storage keys, not cookies, and remain until removed by the widget or cleared in your browser. Chat is not gated by optional consent and does not provide advertising tracking. The Privacy Policy describes chat information and retention.

Google reCAPTCHA: contact-page security

The contact page loads reCAPTCHA v3 independently of Analytics consent to protect the form from abuse. Google receives technical information and documents a cookie named _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis when reCAPTCHA executes. Its presence and lifetime depend on Google's operation and browser settings; we do not set a duration. Other existing Google-domain cookies may also be involved. Cloudflare Turnstile: free-scan security

The free-scan page loads Cloudflare Turnstile independently of optional categories to check for automated abuse. It processes browser and challenge information. We did not observe a persistent cookie in a fresh browser check, so we do not assign a cookie name or fixed lifetime to this integration. Challenge behavior can vary by browser and request. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

3. Analytics: Google Analytics 4

After you allow Analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, page usage, and referral information using browser identifiers. This is visitor measurement for CollegeInbound, separate from Google accounts a customer may authorize within GuardGrid.

Distinguishes browsers for visitor measurement. Google's default expiry is two years; browsers may shorten it. Our Chrome check recorded a 400-day lifetime.

_ga_NGR2YZX29H — Google Analytics

Maintains session information for CollegeInbound's analytics property. Google's default expiry is two years, subject to browser limits and settings; our Chrome check recorded 400 days.

These cookies may be renewed by subsequent use. See Google's GA4 cookie documentation for defaults and browser limits. Google Analytics is loaded directly; this site does not use a Google Tag Manager container.

4. Marketing: Meta Pixel

After you allow Marketing, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel measures page views and advertising performance and supports reaching people who have visited before. Meta receives browser and visit information. This may constitute sale or sharing under some privacy laws; decline Marketing to prevent this site's Meta tag from loading on subsequent page loads.

_fbp — Meta

A first-party browser identifier used for advertising measurement. Our browser check recorded a 90-day lifetime, consistent with the existing preference center's description of three months.

lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime — Meta local storage

Record referral information and its time. No automatic expiry is specified by this site's implementation. They remain until removed by the service, cleared in the browser, or removed by this site's Marketing withdrawal control.

Meta may also use cookies on its own domains, depending on browser settings and your relationship with Meta. Their presence and duration can vary. See Meta's Cookie Policy. Our controls cannot delete cookies on Meta's domains.

5. Booking functionality: Calendly and its embedded services

The booking page loads Calendly's scheduling widget automatically, before and independently of this site's optional cookie choice. Our Analytics and Marketing switches do not control services loaded inside that third-party frame, and the embed currently hides Calendly's own cookie banner. You may email info@collegeinbound.com or telephone us to arrange a demonstration without opening the booking page.

Calendly receives technical information when the widget loads and any booking details you submit. In a fresh browser check, its frame contacted services including Stripe, Segment, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, Airbrake, Braze, and Sprig. These support a mix of security, functionality, measurement, and engagement; their appearance here does not mean we installed those tools directly on CollegeInbound.

The following cookies were observed within the booking embed. This list records known storage, not every cookie a provider may set under different browser or account conditions.

__cf_bm — Cloudflare on Calendly's domain

Bot-management protection for the booking service; approximately 30 minutes. It was present before a CollegeInbound consent choice.

_cfuvid — Cloudflare on Calendly's domain

Helps distinguish visitors for rate limiting. It was observed as a session cookie without a fixed expiry, before a CollegeInbound consent choice.

m — Stripe on m.stripe.com, loaded by Calendly

Used by Stripe for fraud prevention and browser recognition. A 400-day expiry was observed in Chrome; provider settings and browser limits can change the effective lifetime. It was present before a CollegeInbound consent choice.

For provider details, see Calendly's Privacy Notice, Cloudflare's cookie descriptions, and Stripe's Cookie Policy. Browser controls may limit third-party cookies, but blocking them does not necessarily prevent requests to these services.

6. Browser controls, updates, and contact

You can use your browser settings to view, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Removing the consent cookie makes the site ask again; removing chat storage may prevent your browser from resuming a conversation. Blocking storage or third-party services can affect forms, scheduling, and other features.
