Do we have to migrate our existing content ourselves?
No. Content transfer is part of the engagement. We migrate your existing pages, images, documents, and navigation structure from your current site onto the College Inbound platform, so your team is not stuck copying and pasting hundreds of pages.
Who maintains the site after launch?
We do. Hosting, security patching, backups, uptime monitoring, and platform updates are all handled for you on AWS, with 24/7/365 support. Your staff focus on content; we keep the infrastructure healthy.
Is the site accessible and ADA compliant out of the box?
Our templates are built to accessible, WCAG-minded standards, so you start from a strong baseline. No platform can guarantee ongoing ADA compliance, though. Once your team adds its own pages, documents, and media, accessibility has to be maintained. For continuous WCAG 2.2 monitoring and audit-ready evidence, we offer GuardGrid, our web governance platform, as a separate subscription at a preferred rate for College Inbound clients.
Can our non-technical staff update the website?
Yes. The College Inbound CMS uses a drag-and-drop page builder with education-specific widgets, events calendars, staff directories, program pages, and campus alerts, so editors can update pages without touching code.
