This Privacy Policy applies to the information that College Inbound (a Revion Solutions, Inc. company) collects through https://collegeinbound.com and https://app.collegeinbound.com (collectively, the "Site").
1. Information Collection and Use
Customer privacy is something we take very seriously at Revion Solutions, Inc. We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
We collect information from our users at several points on our website. We use customer contact information to send information about our company and services. Contact information is also used to reach out when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future communications at any time.
Information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected and may be used for traffic analysis purposes. This includes: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses.
2. Data Usage
Data is utilized to personalize your experience, verify your identity, bill you for services, and improve our platform through anonymized analytical patterns.
3. The "No-Sale" Guarantee
College Inbound does not sell, lease, or trade user data to third-party marketing firms. Your data stays within the educational ecosystem and is never monetized.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information.
5. Your Rights (Choice / Opt-out)
You may request removal of your information from our database, opt out of communications, or modify your personal information at any time by contacting us.
6. Live Chat
The live chat is operated by Revion Solutions, Inc., which owns College Inbound. It loads on every page as an essential feature of the Site, so it is not optional and is not held back behind a consent prompt.
The chat stores a single random session identifier in your browser's local storage so that a conversation survives moving between pages. It uses no cookies, and it performs no advertising or analytics tracking of its own.
An AI assistant answers first. Conversations may be reviewed by our staff. While a member of staff is handling a chat, they may see messages as they are being typed, before they are sent.
When you ask to speak to a person, the chat collects your first and last name and your email address, and optionally your phone number and company.
For every chat, the service records your IP address, your approximate location (country, region and city), your browser and device type, and the page the chat started on. We use this to route the conversation, to protect the service against abuse, and to improve it.
Visitors who abuse the service may be blocked, both by browser and by IP address.
Chat transcripts are kept for 365 days. Aggregated statistics that contain no message text are kept for up to two years.
